I am a FAA sUAS Part 107 Remote Pilot, certified to fly for commercial use and abide by all local and federal regulations. Drone operations are covered by aviation insurance.

It’s a surprise to most realtors that it’s a federal offense to hire an uncertified drone operator or to personally operate a drone for commercial purposes uncertified.  The operator will be fined up to $1,100 per occurrence, and the realtor will be fined 10X the amount (up to $11,000 per occurrence!) .  Ignorance is not a defense – the FAA puts the burden of verification squarely on the shoulders of the client . . .YOU.  Always ask to see the pilot’s FAA Remote Pilot Certificate and proof of insurance to prevent being liable for heavy fines and penalties.

Simply send an email or complete the online form with the property address, or location along with any special directions. For large parcels of land or other properties with acreage, a property survey or map of property lines should be provided prior to the shoot. Once scheduled, the shoot will be conducted within a few days (subject to weather and your preferences). After the flight, please allow two additional business days for aerial photos, and three to five business days for edited aerial videos.
