"WHO IS FLYING THE DRONE?"

I am a FAA sUAS Part 107 Remote Pilot, certified to fly for commercial use and abide by all local and federal regulations. Drone operations are covered by aviation insurance.

“WHAT DOES IT COST?”

We will provide aerial images or video for just about any budget. Please go to the Pricing page, the button is at the bottom of this page.

“WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU WHEN I CAN GET A HOBBYIST WHO CAN DO IT FOR LESS?”

It’s a surprise to most people that it’s a federal offense to hire an uncertified drone operator or to personally operate a drone for commercial purposes uncertified. The operator will be fined up to $1,100 per occurrence, and the customer (YOU) will be fined 10X the amount (up to $11,000 per occurrence!). Ignorance is not a defense – the FAA puts the burden of verification squarely on your shoulders. Always ask to see the pilot’s FAA Remote Pilot Certificate and proof of insurance to prevent being liable for heavy fines and penalties.

“HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?”

Once scheduled, the shoot will be conducted within a few days (subject to weather and your preferences). After the flight, please allow 2 additional business days for aerial photos, and 3 to 5 business days for edited aerial videos.

WHAT AREA DO YOU COVER?

Typically, a tri-state area within a 40-mile radius of Caledonia, MN. Beyond that range, we'd discuss a nominal travel fee.

“HOW DO I SCHEDULE?”

Simply send an email or complete the online form with the property address, or location along with any special directions. For large parcels of land or other properties with acreage, a property survey or map of property lines should be provided prior to the shoot. You can request any special features of the property or nearby points of interest that should be captured. For any questions, just call or email. We'll contact you to discuss any details.

"HOW MANY PHOTOS OR VIDEOS DO WE GET?"

Video number, content, and length are discussed and determined before the aerial work begins. Unlimited quantities of photo prints and select printable items will be available for you to order from our online store.
